Support options

Educational Support by Saskia offers a variety of support options, both for a child as well as his or her parents. A plan will be tailored depending on the needs and demands expressed. Besides offering a helping hand to a child and guidance to the parents, a combined package could also be offered.

Child
Different kinds of assistance can be offered to a child. You can think of help with homework, practicing speaking in Dutch, preparing for tests, help with writing skills in Dutch and all other related issues that may arise in the child's education when it comes down to problems due to the language. I could also help with research and contact regarding testing on for example IQ, dyslexia and ADHD if needed.

Parents
Parents could benefit from other services provided by Educational Support by Saskia. You could think of attending school meetings and translate the information, research about further education of the child, clear communication with school regarding the child's educations, explaining or translating report cards etc.
All you can't do as a parent regarding your child's education, due to the language barrier, can be taken on by Educational Support by Saskia.

Child & parents
All assistance and guidance mentioned above can also be offered in a combined package where Educational Support by Saskia will be helping the child as well as the parents along the way.
